As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and responsiveness, we’ve addressed a number of issues reported by a few users in specific scenarios. These updates ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

[Automations / Autopilot]

  1. Added confirmation dialog when enabling or disabling Autopilot or Automation toggles.
    Users will now see confirmation popups:

    • “Do you want to enable this automation?”

    • “Do you want to disable this automation?”
      This ensures accidental changes are avoided.

  2. [Booking.com Reviews]

    Fixed an issue where guest review content for Booking.com bookings was not visible for one user. User can now view full review text as expected.

  3. [HVMI Connection Wizard]

    Fixed alignment-related display issues in the HVMI connection setup wizard.

  4. [Invoices]

    • Fixed an issue where Elastic Search returned only one record for certain invoice searches. It now correctly returns all matching invoices.

    • Fixed a bug where VAT text appeared on printed invoices even after VAT was removed from the account. The VAT label no longer appears when VAT is disabled.

    • Fixed invoice amount mismatch between the Detail View and List View for certain users.

  5. [Facebook Integration]

    Fixed issue where users were unable to send messages to Facebook guests on other bookings.
    Messages now send properly after connecting the Facebook account.

  6. [Inbox Messages]

    Added error icon display when a message fails to send in the Inbox → Messages tab.

  7. [Hopper Channel Integration]

    Added validation to ensure account names must be at least 5 characters, as required by Hopper API.

  8. [Multi Calendar]

    Fixed issue where bookings older than one year were not appearing on the calendar.The issue is resolved for affected users.

  9. [Rentals → Tags Tab]

    Fixed issue preventing users from deleting all tags from a rental.

  10. [User Session / Remember Me]

    Fixed issue where user sessions were not retained even when “Remember Me” was enabled.

  11. [Task Automation]

    Fixed issue where enabling a task automation triggered multiple duplicate tasks (up to 46 in some cases).
    Automation now triggers only once per intended task.

  12. [Parent–Child Rental Relation]

    Fixed issue where ongoing bookings did not block the calendar for linked child rentals. Now, ongoing parent bookings correctly block associated child rentals.

  13. [Airbnb Import]

    Fixed issue where rental currency was always set to USD after import. Currency now matches the original rental currency before import.

  14. [Automations]

    Fixed issue preventing users from saving booking confirmation automations due to unexpected errors (specific accounts affected).

  15. [Booking.com Channel Automation]

    Fixed issue where task automation did not trigger for Booking.com bookings when the channel dropdown was set to “Booking.com”.

  16. [VRBO Channel Connection]

    • Added a message prompt for Trial users, informing them that only paid users can connect VRBO.

    • Fixed issue where connected VRBO rentals appeared in the rental list but not under the VRBO API list.

  17. [Booking Autopilot]

    Fixed issue where changing Pre-Arrival automation timing (e.g., from 2 days 5 hours to 2 days 0 hours) did not save correctly and reverted to previous values.

  18. [Extra Autopilot]

    Fixed issue where Notify Guest logs were inaccessible in Extra Autopilot. Logs are now fully viewable.

  19. [Extras]

    Fixed issue where newly added categories appeared blank in the dropdown list.

  20. [Inquiries List View]

    Fixed issue preventing users from uploading CSV files from the Inquiry List section. File uploads now work as expected.

  21. [Expenses]

    Fixed currency mismatch issue where expenses were showing with a dollar sign ($) instead of the correct rental currency (e.g., INR). Currency now displays accurately based on the rental’s configuration

  22. [Hopper Channel] Validation Added

    • Added a rule ensuring the Account Name cannot be less than 5 characters.

    [Channels – VRBO] Configuration Flow Fixed

    • Fixed an issue where the VRBO Channel Config step was being skipped when clicking Connect.

    • The setup now correctly starts from Step 1.

    • If the user already completed configurations, the VRBO tile will correctly display: Account: 1 | Listing: 0

  23. [Expedia] Duplicate Bookings Issue Resolved

    • Fixed an issue causing certain Expedia bookings to appear duplicated for some user accounts.

  24. [Channel Adjustments – Webready] Duplicate Entry Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where adding a Channel Adjustment for Webready caused it to appear twice in the Calendar after refreshing rates.

  25. [Calendar – Booking Detail Overlay] UI Enhancement

    • The Total Amount is now displayed in green for bookings with the status PAID, improving visibility and quick recognition.

  26. Airbnb Inquiry Guest Count Issue

    The Airbnb inquiry data was not fetching the correct adult and children count for one user. This issue has now been resolved, and the system accurately retrieves and displays guest composition information.

Improvements & features

  1. Added the ability for users to view the list of smart lock devices supported by AdvanceCM.
    This enhancement helps property managers quickly identify which smart lock models can be integrated with AdvanceCM for seamless access management.

  2. Added a “Connect” button to all social media integrations (such as Facebook) under the Configuration tab.
    This update improves accessibility, allowing users to easily link their social media accounts directly from the configuration section.

New Feature Release: Security Deposits in AdvanceCM

We’re excited to announce that Security Deposits are now fully available in AdvanceCM — giving property managers a seamless, automated, and reliable way to manage guest deposit holds, captures, and refunds.

New Integration: AdvanceCM x Quickbooks

We’re excited to announce the release of the AdvanceCM and QuickBooks integration, designed to help property managers and accountants streamline financial operations by automatically syncing key data between systems.

🔗 Overview

This integration allows AdvanceCM users to automatically send financial data from AdvanceCM to QuickBooks, removing the need for manual exports or repetitive data entry.
It ensures your QuickBooks account always reflects your latest rental activities, invoices, and expenses recorded within AdvanceCM.

💡 Sync Direction

  • This is a one-way sync from AdvanceCM → QuickBooks.

  • Any updates made in QuickBooks will not sync back to AdvanceCM.

  • The sync is designed to preserve data accuracy by maintaining AdvanceCM as the source of truth for property operations and transactions.

📦 Data Synced

The following data types are currently included in the integration:

  • Expenses: All property-related costs logged in AdvanceCM will automatically appear in QuickBooks for accurate bookkeeping.

  • Charges: Guest or booking-related charges are pushed to QuickBooks for tracking revenue and receivables.

  • Invoices: All invoices created in AdvanceCM are automatically generated in QuickBooks for financial visibility.

  • Guests: Guest details are synced to maintain customer records and link transactions properly.

  • Extras: Any additional services or extra charges (e.g., cleaning fees, add-ons) are synced for complete revenue capture.

October Improvements

Fixes

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and responsiveness, we’ve addressed a number of issues reported by a few users in specific scenarios. These updates ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

  1. [Custom Branding] – Logo was not getting updated for few invoices. This issue has been fixed now.

  2. [Inbox] – File sending in messages was failing for some users. This is now resolved.

  3. [Expenses] – Some Users were able to attach more than 10 files, exceeding the allowed limit. This has been corrected to enforce the 10-attachment limit.

  4. [Invoice Template] – Added the ability to include attachments in email templates.

  5. [Rentals List View] – The “Select All” feature was not considering sub-units and child rentals. This issue has been fixed.

  6. [Documents] – Users were unable to delete templates from the Edit menu. This problem is now resolved.

  7. [Rentals]Users can no longer delete the Main Unit. Attempting to do so will now display an appropriate error message.

  8. [Invoices] Fixed an issue where the booking status was not updating correctly when tax was applied per night (percentage basis). It was previously showing as Partially Paid incorrectly.

  9. [Booking Auto Pilot] Corrected a spelling mistake in the “Inquiry is Created” section.

  10. [HVMI Channel Connection] Made UI improvements, including adding a space between the HMC ID and the help icon for better readability on HVMI Connection page.

  11. [Test AI Button] Fixed an issue for a user where clicking the “Test AI” button caused the Inquiry dropdown to appear blank, disappear, or get cut off.

  12. [Invoice Template] Added an Insert/Edit Image option in the email template editor, similar to how it works in the Branding Info section.

  13. [Read-Only Users] Fixed an issue where Calendar, Rates, and Images were not loading properly for one user account.

  14. [Notifications] Fixed an issue where the notification count did not update immediately after marking a notification as read.

  1. AI-powered content suggestions have been introduced across multiple modules to help users write faster and more effectively.
    Now you’ll see AI Suggestions in the following fields edit views:

2- Auto 5-Star Guest Reviews

We’ve introduced a new enhancement in Bookings Autopilot to simplify guest review management.

  • The “Send Review to Guest” automation is now enabled by default.

  • All new bookings will automatically receive a 5-star rating.

  • Hosts can edit or adjust the rating anytime before the guest’s checkout or before the scheduled automation trigger time.

  • This saves time and ensures consistent guest feedback without manual effort.

3- HVMI/Marriott Discount feature

Marriott now supports automatic syncing of discounts created in AdvanceCM. Property managers can use this integration to offer dynamic pricing strategies, such as discounts for longer stays or specific booking conditions, directly on the Marriott platform.

By setting up Length of Stay (LOS) discounts in AdvanceCM, these promotional rates are automatically sent to Marriott, ensuring your listings remain competitive and appealing to potential guests without requiring manual updates.

4- Added new Chat Window Behavior options under User Settings to give users more control over how the Inbox chat window appears:

  • Keep Chat Window Closed – Chat remains hidden until manually opened.

  • Keep Chat Window Stuck to Top – Chat stays open and pinned to the top.

  • Keep Chat Window Open & Stuck to Bottom – Chat remains open and pinned to the bottom.

These options make it easier for users to customize their chat experience based on their workflow preferences.

  1. Multi-Language – Various issues with multi-language support have been resolved for smoother user experience.

  2. Rentals Calendar – Bookings now appear instantly without needing to refresh the screen.

  3. Message Automation (Invoice Paid) – Fixed issue where the trigger fired but the guest didn’t receive the message for one user account/

  4. Rentals (Multi-Unit) – Resolved issue where removing a sub-unit created an empty row for some scenarios.

  5. Multi-Unit Setup – Taxes and fees added in the main unit now correctly apply to all subunits, previously it was not getting applied by default.

  6. Standard Calendar – Fixed display issue where a false double booking appeared while on multi calendar same booking was appearing fine.

  7. Booking Detail Overlay – Linked bookings now properly sync messages across both conversations while it was not working previously for few scenarios.

  8. BDC Content API – Fixed some internally identified issues related to adding or editing BDC listings which were affecting some user accounts.

  9. Inquiry's Additional Guest Option – The Additional Guest option was missing in the AdvanceCM app for few scenarios. This issue has been identified and fixed, ensuring users can now add extra guests seamlessly when managing inquiries.

  10. [Incident Autopilot] Task Date & Time Fixes

    • Tasks created from incidents now correctly generate distinct Start Date and Due Date, instead of both being identical.

    • Task date & time are now shown in the user’s local timezone rather than defaulting to GMT.

  11. Tag Visibility Fix

    • Tags were not appearing in tasks created through Inventories, Incidents, or Booking Automations for few users.This issue has been resolved — tasks now correctly display all associated tags for better tracking and categorization.

  12. Minimum Stay Alignment Issue Fix

    • Previously, widgets displayed a minimum stay of 1–2 nights, while the booking calendar showed a warning requiring 3 nights minimum. This inconsistency has been fixed. The minimum stay requirement is now aligned across widgets and the calendar, ensuring a consistent booking experience for users.

  13. Rentals Fee Issue: Resolved an issue where an error message appeared while saving rental fees for a user account. The fees were saving successfully in the background, but the error message caused confusion. This has now been fixed.

  14. Incident Reporting: We’ve updated the AI incident notification system to now include the rental/listing details directly in the report, so users can quickly identify which property the incident is associated with.

  15. Billing Info: Partner API logo was missing in the subscribed Apps list – this has been corrected.

  16. Hold Events: Disabled sub-units were incorrectly allowed to be selected during Hold Events creation. This bug has now been fixed.

  17. AI Messaging: Resolved an issue where AI-generated guest messages displayed weird characters for special symbols.

  18. Inbox: Resolved an issue where some users were unable to delete all records.

  19. Inquiries: Fixed a bug where Add Quote in Messages was sending 0.00 values in emails.

  20. Booking.com Content API: Addressed various user experience issues related to Booking.com Content API.

  21. Multi-Language: Fixed discrepancies affecting content display across different languages.

4- AI Scheduling

We’ve introduced AI Scheduling in AdvanceCM, allowing you to set specific days and times when AI assistance is available for guest messaging.

  • Added a “Schedule AI” tab in AI Settings with a calendar view.

  • You can enable/disable AI for full days or select specific time slots.

  • Helps you control AI availability for guest messaging, ensuring it works exactly when you need it.

5- Interstitial Widget related changes

  • Added multiple toggles to show/hide some options.

  • Different buttons text can be editable now.

  • Adjusted form layout for a more branded experience.

    6- Refresh icon: Users can now manually refresh the rental list in connected channels, ensuring the latest updates are reflected immediately without delays.

7- Guest Portal: Added new fields for Arrival Date and Arrival Time to better capture guest check-in details.

8- AI based Multilingual Guest Messaging- This feature is designed to improve communication clarity when guests send messages in a language different from their usual language settings. Using AI, the system will automatically generate a translated summary in English. Learn more about this here.

9- Implemented Fraudulent Account Handling for Booking.com Content API

When creating a Booking.com property or Legal Entity inside AdvanceCM, users without any connected and live BDC properties will now see the following error message:
“Listing creation is currently restricted. Please contact support.”
