Fixes

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and responsiveness, we’ve addressed a number of issues reported by a few users in specific scenarios. These updates ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

  1. AdvanceCM Invoices – Previously, the Tokeet logo appeared on AdvanceCM-generated invoices. This is now fixed; the AdvanceCM logo displays correctly.

  2. VRBO Reviews – Reviews were not appearing in the Booking > Reviews tab for VRBO bookings for few users. This issue is now resolved.

  3. Invoice Totals – Non-taxable fees and upsells were being taxed incorrectly for some limited scenarios This has been fixed.

  4. Registration – Invalid email error messages were shown even after updating to a correct email address. This is now resolved.

  5. Task Automation – Status was not being displayed in automated tasks. It was observed by one user account & this is now fixed.

  6. Inquiries – Custom Channel Source was not displayed correctly in Inquiries and Booking Details; this is now corrected.

  7. Invoice Calculation – Booking total and Invoice total mismatched when Length of Stay (LOS) was applied; fixed now.

  8. Applied Discounts – Previously, updating a booking would remove applied discounts. It was observed by one user account and this issue has been resolved.

Improvements & features

  1. New Data Dictionary Tokens Added

    We’ve added new Data Dictionary Tokens to give you more flexibility and context when working with guest messages and automations.

    What’s new:

    • Access Tokeet’s Internal Inquiry ID directly in guest messages and automations

    • Fetch the Channel Listing Inquiry ID for better cross-platform reference

    • Use the Total Guest Count token, including both adults and children, for any specific inquiry

    These new tokens make automations more powerful and help personalize and manage guest communication more effectively.

2. Inbox UI Improvement

We’ve improved the Inbox experience in AdvanceCM by relocating the action buttons from the bottom-right corner to be adjacent to the active tabs.

Why this matters:

  • Faster access to actions while working in the Inbox

  • Improved usability and workflow efficiency

  • Cleaner and more intuitive interface aligned with active tabs

3. AI Documents Limit Increased

We’ve increased the AI Documents limit in Knowledgeable, allowing you to add up to 300 documents.

What’s improved:

  • Upload and manage up to 300 documents in Knowledgeable

  • Greater flexibility for building richer AI-powered knowledge bases

  • Improved support for larger and more complex documentation sets

This enhancement helps you get even more value from AI-driven documents and automations.

4- Channel Connection Wizard Validation Update

We’ve improved the Channel Connection Wizard for API-based channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and others) to ensure a smoother and more successful connection process.

What’s new:

  • The wizard now validates that required rates are configured before allowing a rental to be linked

  • If no rates are found, we are showing a warning message to prevent connection issues

  • Users are guided to add rates directly within the wizard, without needing to exit the connection flow

This update helps prevent setup errors, reduces failed channel connections, and streamlines onboarding.

  1. Marriott Primary Image Issue: Fixed an issue where the primary image set in the Rentals → Gallery tab was not appearing correctly.

  2. Website Currency Mismatch: Resolved an issue where the AdvanceCM website displayed USD instead of the configured EUR currency for a user account.

  3. Smart Devices Automation: Fixed incorrect listing information being pulled in the “Code first used” automated message.

  4. Inquiry List View: Remaining Amount in booking rows now updates correctly without requiring a full page refresh.

  5. Inquiry Detail Overlay: Restored visibility of the Add Invoice button in the Invoices tab.

  6. Incident Module: Fixed the Incident AI Settings button not being clickable for test accounts.

  7. AI Actions: Resolved an issue where tasks created via AI were not opening in certain scenarios.

  8. Reviews Dashboard: Corrected the count displayed in the Overall Average tile.

  9. ACM Registration: Fixed the Send me the code button not working for some users.

  10. ACM Registration: Resolved missing Download AdvanceCM SMS after code verification in specific cases.

  11. AdvanceCM Dashboard: Fixed booking count mismatches between the Dashboard and Inquiries list view.

  12. Booking.com Listing Editing: Resolved internal server errors occurring when adding or editing products in limited cases.

  13. Payment Gateway Activity Logs: Status column now displays correct descriptive text instead of 0/1.

  14. Automations: Fixed TV3 App triggers not functioning correctly within the AdvanceCM platform for some accounts.

  15. VRBO Channel – Gallery Images Issue
    An issue in the VRBO channel connection wizard caused image uploads to fail due to a frontend error, even when valid images were used. This issue has now been resolved. It was reported by a few users and affected certain image types.

  16. Booking.com – Invoice Sending Issue
    Invoice sending was failing for invoices containing Booking.com (BDC) bookings. This issue has been fixed and was reported by a single user.

  17. Widgets – Rentals Visibility Issue
    The widget was not displaying all available rentals on the website for some user accounts. This has now been fixed.

  18. Date Feeds – Incorrect Booking Formula Total
    The booking formula total was not showing the correct amount in date feeds. This issue has been resolved.

  19. Guests – WhatsApp Number Validation
    Previously, no error appeared when the WhatsApp Number field was missing a country code. An error message is now applied to guide users.

  20. Multi Calendar – Year Navigation Fix
    Year navigation arrows were causing incorrect calendar movement and blank month dropdown values. This issue has now been resolved.

  21. Invoices – Booking Status Update Issue
    Booking status was not updating correctly when tax was applied per person, whether on a flat or percentage basis. This issue has now been resolved.

  22. Inbox – Message Sorting Issue
    Sorting messages by Newest or Oldest was not working correctly for some user accounts. This has now been fixed.

Improvements & features

  1. To improve guest communication and reduce booking issues, a mandatory country/area code dropdown is added to the phone number field in the Booking Engine widget. This ensures guests enter properly formatted phone numbers, improving contact accuracy and preventing missed communication opportunities.

2. AI related Post-Booking Messages – Booking Charges Toggle:

Added a new toggle in Rental Settings that allows Property Managers to control whether booking charges are included in AI-generated post-booking messages. Guests will now only see payment information if the toggle is enabled, improving message relevance and clarity.

3-[AI Knowledge base] Listing-to-Document Mapping & AI Document Management

  • Added the ability to manually link specific listings to their corresponding AI Knowledgebase documents.

  • Clear visual indicators now show which document is linked to each listing.

  • Introduced “Add Document” feature in the Rentals module for AI use, allowing property managers to easily create and manage documents for AI-generated messages.

  • Ensures accurate, listing-specific information is sent in AI-generated messages and displayed in the Knowledge base, reducing errors for managers with multiple listings.

4- [Reviews Dashboard] Added the ability to filter reviews by categories for connected channels, making it easier to analyze and compare review performance across different platforms.

5- VAT Field Added to Invoice Billing Addresses

We’ve added a separate VAT field to each Invoice Billing Address. This means you can now assign different VAT values per billing address, making invoice management more flexible and accurate.

This update is especially useful when working with multiple invoice templates that require different VAT configurations.

6- In Templates module Payload word is renamed as API Payload to make it more easy. Similarly Push Notifications word is renamed as Mobile.

7- Rentals Module- Smart Rate Automation Added
Smart rate automation has been added under the Rates Settings of a rental, allowing more flexible and automated pricing control. Additionally, the layout has been improved to remove the horizontal scroll that previously appeared, resulting in a cleaner and smoother user experience.

[Automations / Autopilot]

  1. Added confirmation dialog when enabling or disabling Autopilot or Automation toggles.
    Users will now see confirmation popups:

    • “Do you want to enable this automation?”

    • “Do you want to disable this automation?”
      This ensures accidental changes are avoided.

  2. [Booking.com Reviews]

    Fixed an issue where guest review content for Booking.com bookings was not visible for one user. User can now view full review text as expected.

  3. [HVMI Connection Wizard]

    Fixed alignment-related display issues in the HVMI connection setup wizard.

  4. [Invoices]

    • Fixed an issue where Elastic Search returned only one record for certain invoice searches. It now correctly returns all matching invoices.

    • Fixed a bug where VAT text appeared on printed invoices even after VAT was removed from the account. The VAT label no longer appears when VAT is disabled.

    • Fixed invoice amount mismatch between the Detail View and List View for certain users.

  5. [Facebook Integration]

    Fixed issue where users were unable to send messages to Facebook guests on other bookings.
    Messages now send properly after connecting the Facebook account.

  6. [Inbox Messages]

    Added error icon display when a message fails to send in the Inbox → Messages tab.

  7. [Hopper Channel Integration]

    Added validation to ensure account names must be at least 5 characters, as required by Hopper API.

  8. [Multi Calendar]

    Fixed issue where bookings older than one year were not appearing on the calendar.The issue is resolved for affected users.

  9. [Rentals → Tags Tab]

    Fixed issue preventing users from deleting all tags from a rental.

  10. [User Session / Remember Me]

    Fixed issue where user sessions were not retained even when “Remember Me” was enabled.

  11. [Task Automation]

    Fixed issue where enabling a task automation triggered multiple duplicate tasks (up to 46 in some cases).
    Automation now triggers only once per intended task.

  12. [Parent–Child Rental Relation]

    Fixed issue where ongoing bookings did not block the calendar for linked child rentals. Now, ongoing parent bookings correctly block associated child rentals.

  13. [Airbnb Import]

    Fixed issue where rental currency was always set to USD after import. Currency now matches the original rental currency before import.

  14. [Automations]

    Fixed issue preventing users from saving booking confirmation automations due to unexpected errors (specific accounts affected).

  15. [Booking.com Channel Automation]

    Fixed issue where task automation did not trigger for Booking.com bookings when the channel dropdown was set to “Booking.com”.

  16. [VRBO Channel Connection]

    • Added a message prompt for Trial users, informing them that only paid users can connect VRBO.

    • Fixed issue where connected VRBO rentals appeared in the rental list but not under the VRBO API list.

  17. [Booking Autopilot]

    Fixed issue where changing Pre-Arrival automation timing (e.g., from 2 days 5 hours to 2 days 0 hours) did not save correctly and reverted to previous values.

  18. [Extra Autopilot]

    Fixed issue where Notify Guest logs were inaccessible in Extra Autopilot. Logs are now fully viewable.

  19. [Extras]

    Fixed issue where newly added categories appeared blank in the dropdown list.

  20. [Inquiries List View]

    Fixed issue preventing users from uploading CSV files from the Inquiry List section. File uploads now work as expected.

  21. [Expenses]

    Fixed currency mismatch issue where expenses were showing with a dollar sign ($) instead of the correct rental currency (e.g., INR). Currency now displays accurately based on the rental’s configuration

  22. [Hopper Channel] Validation Added

    • Added a rule ensuring the Account Name cannot be less than 5 characters.

    [Channels – VRBO] Configuration Flow Fixed

    • Fixed an issue where the VRBO Channel Config step was being skipped when clicking Connect.

    • The setup now correctly starts from Step 1.

    • If the user already completed configurations, the VRBO tile will correctly display: Account: 1 | Listing: 0

  23. [Expedia] Duplicate Bookings Issue Resolved

    • Fixed an issue causing certain Expedia bookings to appear duplicated for some user accounts.

  24. [Channel Adjustments – Webready] Duplicate Entry Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where adding a Channel Adjustment for Webready caused it to appear twice in the Calendar after refreshing rates.

  25. [Calendar – Booking Detail Overlay] UI Enhancement

    • The Total Amount is now displayed in green for bookings with the status PAID, improving visibility and quick recognition.

  26. Airbnb Inquiry Guest Count Issue

    The Airbnb inquiry data was not fetching the correct adult and children count for one user. This issue has now been resolved, and the system accurately retrieves and displays guest composition information.

  27. 🔧 Booking.com (BDC)

    • Fixed an issue where Booking.com API updates were deleting all notes (user + system notes). This fix has been applied for affected users.

  28. Activity Feed

    • Resolved a bug causing duplicate notifications to be created every minute for the same document for one user account.

    • Corrected log behavior where a contract signed by the user was incorrectly logged as Contract Signed by Guest.

  29. Parent–Child Rental Relations

    • Improved calendar blocking logic: If a rental has an ongoing booking (past arrival + future departure), linking a child rental will now properly block the calendar for the child unit.

  30. Reviews

    • Comments and tags generated based on star ratings are now properly displayed on posted reviews.

  31. Airbnb Channel Adjustment

    • Fixed an issue where Airbnb channel adjustments were unchecking multiple rentals automatically.This occurred when a rental was deleted in Airbnb via Tokeet, temporarily breaking the API connection for 30–45 minutes.The problem has now been resolved.

  32. Airbnb Reviews

    • Fixed an error encountered when trying to set Review Status on Airbnb related bookings. This was appearing for limited number of users only.

  33. Inquiry tags

    • Inquiry tags were showing as undefined inside Inquiry detail overlay for some user accounts which is fixed now.

Improvements & features

  1. Added the ability for users to view the list of smart lock devices supported by AdvanceCM.
    This enhancement helps property managers quickly identify which smart lock models can be integrated with AdvanceCM for seamless access management.

  2. Added a “Connect” button to all social media integrations (such as Facebook) under the Configuration tab.
    This update improves accessibility, allowing users to easily link their social media accounts directly from the configuration section.

  1. [Custom Branding] – Logo was not getting updated for few invoices. This issue has been fixed now.

  2. [Inbox] – File sending in messages was failing for some users. This is now resolved.

  3. [Expenses] – Some Users were able to attach more than 10 files, exceeding the allowed limit. This has been corrected to enforce the 10-attachment limit.

  4. [Invoice Template] – Added the ability to include attachments in email templates.

  5. [Rentals List View] – The “Select All” feature was not considering sub-units and child rentals. This issue has been fixed.

  6. [Documents] – Users were unable to delete templates from the Edit menu. This problem is now resolved.

  7. [Rentals]Users can no longer delete the Main Unit. Attempting to do so will now display an appropriate error message.

  8. [Invoices] Fixed an issue where the booking status was not updating correctly when tax was applied per night (percentage basis). It was previously showing as Partially Paid incorrectly.

  9. [Booking Auto Pilot] Corrected a spelling mistake in the “Inquiry is Created” section.

  10. [HVMI Channel Connection] Made UI improvements, including adding a space between the HMC ID and the help icon for better readability on HVMI Connection page.

  11. [Test AI Button] Fixed an issue for a user where clicking the “Test AI” button caused the Inquiry dropdown to appear blank, disappear, or get cut off.

  12. [Invoice Template] Added an Insert/Edit Image option in the email template editor, similar to how it works in the Branding Info section.

  13. [Read-Only Users] Fixed an issue where Calendar, Rates, and Images were not loading properly for one user account.

  14. [Notifications] Fixed an issue where the notification count did not update immediately after marking a notification as read.

2- Auto 5-Star Guest Reviews

We’ve introduced a new enhancement in Bookings Autopilot to simplify guest review management.

  • The “Send Review to Guest” automation is now enabled by default.

  • All new bookings will automatically receive a 5-star rating.

  • Hosts can edit or adjust the rating anytime before the guest’s checkout or before the scheduled automation trigger time.

  • This saves time and ensures consistent guest feedback without manual effort.

3- HVMI/Marriott Discount feature

Marriott now supports automatic syncing of discounts created in AdvanceCM. Property managers can use this integration to offer dynamic pricing strategies, such as discounts for longer stays or specific booking conditions, directly on the Marriott platform.

By setting up Length of Stay (LOS) discounts in AdvanceCM, these promotional rates are automatically sent to Marriott, ensuring your listings remain competitive and appealing to potential guests without requiring manual updates.

4- Added new Chat Window Behavior options under User Settings to give users more control over how the Inbox chat window appears:

  • Keep Chat Window Closed – Chat remains hidden until manually opened.

  • Keep Chat Window Stuck to Top – Chat stays open and pinned to the top.

  • Keep Chat Window Open & Stuck to Bottom – Chat remains open and pinned to the bottom.

These options make it easier for users to customize their chat experience based on their workflow preferences.

  1. Multi-Language – Various issues with multi-language support have been resolved for smoother user experience.

  2. Rentals Calendar – Bookings now appear instantly without needing to refresh the screen.

  3. Message Automation (Invoice Paid) – Fixed issue where the trigger fired but the guest didn’t receive the message for one user account/

  4. Rentals (Multi-Unit) – Resolved issue where removing a sub-unit created an empty row for some scenarios.

  5. Multi-Unit Setup – Taxes and fees added in the main unit now correctly apply to all subunits, previously it was not getting applied by default.

  6. Standard Calendar – Fixed display issue where a false double booking appeared while on multi calendar same booking was appearing fine.

  7. Booking Detail Overlay – Linked bookings now properly sync messages across both conversations while it was not working previously for few scenarios.

  8. BDC Content API – Fixed some internally identified issues related to adding or editing BDC listings which were affecting some user accounts.

  9. Inquiry's Additional Guest Option – The Additional Guest option was missing in the AdvanceCM app for few scenarios. This issue has been identified and fixed, ensuring users can now add extra guests seamlessly when managing inquiries.

  10. [Incident Autopilot] Task Date & Time Fixes

    • Tasks created from incidents now correctly generate distinct Start Date and Due Date, instead of both being identical.

    • Task date & time are now shown in the user’s local timezone rather than defaulting to GMT.

  11. Tag Visibility Fix

    • Tags were not appearing in tasks created through Inventories, Incidents, or Booking Automations for few users.This issue has been resolved — tasks now correctly display all associated tags for better tracking and categorization.

  12. Minimum Stay Alignment Issue Fix

    • Previously, widgets displayed a minimum stay of 1–2 nights, while the booking calendar showed a warning requiring 3 nights minimum. This inconsistency has been fixed. The minimum stay requirement is now aligned across widgets and the calendar, ensuring a consistent booking experience for users.

  13. Rentals Fee Issue: Resolved an issue where an error message appeared while saving rental fees for a user account. The fees were saving successfully in the background, but the error message caused confusion. This has now been fixed.

  14. Incident Reporting: We’ve updated the AI incident notification system to now include the rental/listing details directly in the report, so users can quickly identify which property the incident is associated with.

  15. Billing Info: Partner API logo was missing in the subscribed Apps list – this has been corrected.

  16. Hold Events: Disabled sub-units were incorrectly allowed to be selected during Hold Events creation. This bug has now been fixed.

  17. AI Messaging: Resolved an issue where AI-generated guest messages displayed weird characters for special symbols.

  18. Inbox: Resolved an issue where some users were unable to delete all records.

  19. Inquiries: Fixed a bug where Add Quote in Messages was sending 0.00 values in emails.

  20. Booking.com Content API: Addressed various user experience issues related to Booking.com Content API.

  21. Multi-Language: Fixed discrepancies affecting content display across different languages.

5- Interstitial Widget related changes

  • Added multiple toggles to show/hide some options.

  • Different buttons text can be editable now.

  • Adjusted form layout for a more branded experience.

    6- Refresh icon: Users can now manually refresh the rental list in connected channels, ensuring the latest updates are reflected immediately without delays.

7- Guest Portal: Added new fields for Arrival Date and Arrival Time to better capture guest check-in details.

8- AI based Multilingual Guest Messaging- This feature is designed to improve communication clarity when guests send messages in a language different from their usual language settings. Using AI, the system will automatically generate a translated summary in English. Learn more about this here.

9- Implemented Fraudulent Account Handling for Booking.com Content API

When creating a Booking.com property or Legal Entity inside AdvanceCM, users without any connected and live BDC properties will now see the following error message:
“Listing creation is currently restricted. Please contact support.”

  4. Booking.com Multi-room Cancellation Bug
    Fixed a rare bug where cancelling one room in a multi-room Booking.com reservation led to duplicate bookings for the second room, affecting limited users.

  5. Host to Guest AI Review
    Fixed an issue where the AI-generated responses to Airbnb messages exceeded the 1000-character limit, which was not being respected in certain cases.

  6. AI Actions – Incorrect Invoice Data
    Resolved a problem where invoices generated by AI were linked to the wrong guest in rare scenarios, affecting data accuracy.

  7. Registration

    Fixed issue where “Connect Your Airbnb” button in Step 2 was not working. (Reported by a few users in specific cases.)

  8. Inquiries & Messages

    Improved deletion speed in [Inquiries → Messages Feed].Resolved issue where deleted data reappeared after screen refresh. (Occurred in limited cases.)

  9. Calendars

    Corrected Standard Calendar visual bug showing false double bookings; now matches Multi Calendar accuracy. (Rare occurrence in certain booking combinations.)

  10. Rentals & Inquiries

    Enabled bulk deletion of inquiries for rentals with more than 100 inquiries. (Reported in high-volume rental scenarios.)

  11. AI Messaging

    Fixed bug where TestAI button only worked once unless the rental was re-selected. (Observed in limited testing cases.)

  12. Airbnb Listing Deletion

    Removed false error message when deleting listings on Airbnb via AdvanceCM — now accurately reflects successful deletion. (Reported by one user.)

  1. [Inquiry Inbox – Occupied Dates Calendar]
    Fixed an issue for a user account where the Occupied Dates calendar was displaying incorrect dates. Specifically, dates for April were misaligned — for example, April 1st was shown as Tuesday instead of Monday. The calendar now reflects the correct day-date mapping.

  2. [Support – Rental Filter Behavior in ACM Calendar]
    Resolved a problem where applying rental filters in the ACM Calendar after scrolling and changing item count (e.g., 50 or 20 per page) caused booking tiles to appear under the wrong rentals. This filter logic has been corrected to ensure accurate rental associations are maintained after filter application.

  3. [Dashboard – Arrival/Departure List Scroll]
    We’ve added a scrollbar to the Arrival/Departure lists on the Dashboard. This improves usability for accounts with a high volume of arriving or departing guests, making it easier to navigate and review entries without UI overflow.

  4. Automation – HTTP Request Not Saving Custom URL
    In Advance CM, under Automations > Message Automation, custom URLs were not being saved when using the "Send HTTP Request" action. This issue has now been resolved.

  5. Advance Intelligence – File Upload Error in Knowledgebase
    In the Knowledgebase tab of Advance Intelligence, for some users, txt file type caused upload errors. The upload process has been fixed and now handles all supported files properly.

  6. Booking.com Multi-Unit Cancellation Sync Issue – Fixed
    Previously, in multi-unit setups within AdvanceCM, if a reservation was received for Sub Unit 1 and later moved to Sub Unit 2, a subsequent cancellation on Booking.com would not be imported into AdvanceCM. This caused inconsistencies between the Booking.com reservation status and AdvanceCM records.
    Resolution:
    This issue has now been resolved. Cancellations from Booking.com are correctly imported into AdvanceCM, even after the reservation has been reassigned to a different sub-unit within the system.
    Impact:

    • Applies to all multi-unit properties using AdvanceCM connected with Booking.com.

    • No manual intervention is needed going forward.

    • Historical cancellations not imported due to this issue may still need to be handled manually.

  7. Billing History – Inquiries Links Broken

    Fixed an issue where Inquiries links in the AI History section of Billing History were broken in certain cases.

  8. Stage Environment – Reply Button Not Working

    Resolved an issue where the reply button in messages was not working in the stage environment.

  9. Tasks – Star Not Marked Immediately

    The task star icon now reflects changes immediately after being clicked.

  10. AI Incidents – Duplicate Incident Creation

    Fixed an issue where duplicate incidents were being created when guests repeatedly submitted the same issue.

  11. AI Settings – Tooltip Hiding "Test AI" Button

    The tooltip no longer obstructs the “Test AI” button.

    Template spacing is now preserved in emails sent to guests.

  32. Inquiries – Base Charge Not Updating

    Resolved an issue where the base rate reverted to the original value when editing a booking for a user.

  33. Task Calendar – Data Missing

    Task data now appears correctly when the start and end date are the same while it was not working fine for some specific scenarios.

  34. Hold Events – Deletion Count Bug

    Deleting hold events now updates the event count correctly after page refresh which was not appearing correctly previously for the few users.

  35. Messages – Cannot Type in CC Field

    Users can now type into the CC field when replying to messages while previously CC field was not working.

1- [Rentals] Multi Unit / Parent-Child Enhancements

We’ve added helpful tooltips and updated labels in the Multi Unit & Parent-Child rental configuration section to improve clarity and user understanding. These changes make it easier to set up and manage linked rentals accurately.

2- Updated: Maximum Guest Count Behavior Change

Previously, the maximum guest count on the Rates Table defaulted to 2 for all rentals. We've now enhanced this functionality to offer greater flexibility and accuracy—especially for PriceLabs users looking to manage guest limits dynamically.What’s New:

  • You can now set a default maximum guest count in the Rental Detail Information tab, available under the Rental overlay screen.

  • When creating rates for different periods:

    • If a maximum guest count is defined on the Rates Table, it will take priority and be used for that period.

    • If no value is set on the Rates Table, the system will automatically apply the default from the Rental Settings.

This update is designed to help PriceLabs users push their desired maximum guest count consistently across all periods of the year—while still allowing per-period overrides when needed.Note: During Daily rate push update for the Pricelabs user, the value will be picked from the Rental detail information tab and will apply to all the dates throughout the year.see the example below ,where we are pushing max guest count as 7 from the rental detail information tab for a Pricelabs users using Expedia channel.

3- Redesigned Notifications User Interface:

  • New Tabs Added: Introduced Incidents and Tasks tabs. Now, whenever an incident or task is created, a corresponding notification will be generated for better tracking.

  • Slide-Out Notification Panel: Implemented a new slide-out interface for the Notifications overlay, providing a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

    Occupancy percentages were appearing incorrectly for rentals and channels in few filter conditions. This has now been fixed.

  2. Expenses vs. Profit & Loss Totals
    For some large accounts, the totals in the Expenses section and the Profit & Loss report were not matching. The discrepancy has been resolved.

  3. Earning Report – Booking Formula Calculation
    The Booking Formula results in the Earning Report appeared incorrect in certain scenarios. This has been addressed.

  4. Invoices Report – Inquiry ID Column Added
    An Inquiry ID column has been added to the Invoices Report for better traceability and reference.

  5. Earning Report – Total Revenue Option Added
    A new option to display Total Revenue has been added to the Earning Report.

  6. Expense Report – Booking Fee Total
    The total for Booking Fees in the Expense Report was shown incorrectly for some users. This is now corrected.

  7. Improved Data Loading Performance
    Data loading has been optimized, especially for accounts with large datasets, resulting in faster performance.

  8. Monthly Taxes Report – Incorrect Totals
    Total columns in Monthly Taxes reports were showing incorrect values for a few users. This has been fixed.

  9. Recurring Expenses Missing
    In some cases, recurring expenses were not appearing in the Expense Report. The issue has been resolved.

  10. Booking Formula Creation – Overlapped Months Error
    When creating the first Booking Formula, some users encountered an error about overlapping months. This has now been fixed.

New AI Tool: AI Incidents Creation & Task Approval Workflow

AI-Generated Incidents

We’ve launched AI-powered incident creation triggered by guest messages or reviews in AdvanceCM. The system now automatically identifies potential issues and creates incidents based on guest feedback. This ensures better control over operational responses and helps manage costs efficiently. AI-generated incidents ensure that no guest issue goes unnoticed. By analyzing guest messages and reviews in real time, the system automatically creates incident for staff to follow up — improving service quality, speed, and accountability.

Task Approval by Property Manager

Once an incident is generated, the system triggers a task approval request for the property manager. The manager can then choose whether a task should be created to address the issue. This approval process allows for better cost control and ensures that only valid, necessary tasks are assigned and tracked within the system.

Key Objectives:

  • Proactively identify problems from guest communication (e.g., “no hot water,” “dirty towels,” “Wi-Fi issues”).

  • Reduce manual oversight by eliminating the need for staff to monitor every message or review.

  • Ensure timely resolution by auto-creating and assigning incidents to the correct team (e.g. housekeeping, maintenance).

  • Boost guest satisfaction through faster response times and better issue tracking.

Important Update: AdvanceCM Rates Timestamp Enhancement

We’ve introduced a new timestamp feature in AdvanceCM to provide greater visibility into rate updates. This enhancement includes the following:

  1. Rates Table Timestamp
     A timestamp will now appear in the Rates Table whenever rates are added or modified, including updates made via Pricelabs and AdvanceCM.

  2. Calendar Update Timestamp
     A separate timestamp will show when new rates are successfully updated on the AdvanceCM calendar.

Why this matters:
 This improvement enables both the Support Team and Clients to clearly track:

  • When rates were added or modified.

  • When those rates were actually updated on the calendar.

This ensures transparency and confidence in knowing exactly which rates are ready to be pushed to connected channels.
