Fixes

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and responsiveness, we’ve addressed a number of issues reported by a few users in specific scenarios. These updates ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

  1. Invoice Status Mismatch
    Fixed an issue where invoices marked as Paid were incorrectly updating the booking status to Partial Paid in specific scenarios, reported by a few users.

  2. Inbox Reply Box Overflow
    Resolved a UI issue where the reply box in the inbox overflowed the message section under certain conditions, reported by limited users.

  3. Rental Unit Removal Message
    Updated the messaging displayed when removing units in multi-unit or parent-child rental setups, correcting inconsistencies seen in edge cases by a small group of users.

  4. Booking.com Multi-room Cancellation Bug
    Fixed a rare bug where cancelling one room in a multi-room Booking.com reservation led to duplicate bookings for the second room, affecting limited users.

  5. Host to Guest AI Review
    Fixed an issue where the AI-generated responses to Airbnb messages exceeded the 1000-character limit, which was not being respected in certain cases.

  6. AI Actions – Incorrect Invoice Data
    Resolved a problem where invoices generated by AI were linked to the wrong guest in rare scenarios, affecting data accuracy.

  7. Registration

    Fixed issue where “Connect Your Airbnb” button in Step 2 was not working. (Reported by a few users in specific cases.)

  8. Inquiries & Messages

    Improved deletion speed in [Inquiries → Messages Feed].Resolved issue where deleted data reappeared after screen refresh. (Occurred in limited cases.)

  9. Calendars

    Corrected Standard Calendar visual bug showing false double bookings; now matches Multi Calendar accuracy. (Rare occurrence in certain booking combinations.)

  10. Rentals & Inquiries

    Enabled bulk deletion of inquiries for rentals with more than 100 inquiries. (Reported in high-volume rental scenarios.)

  11. AI Messaging

    Fixed bug where TestAI button only worked once unless the rental was re-selected. (Observed in limited testing cases.)

  12. Airbnb Listing Deletion

    Removed false error message when deleting listings on Airbnb via AdvanceCM — now accurately reflects successful deletion. (Reported by one user.)

  13. Artificial Intelligence – FAQs

    FAQs now display more consistently after updates, ensuring smooth management of your AI knowledge base.

  14. AI Settings – Smarter Toggles

    Settings for AI Replies and Auto-create Incidents have been optimized to work seamlessly together.

  15. Inquiries – CSV Import

    Data import from CSV is now smoother, enabling quicker setup and updates.

  16. Billing Info – Instant Balance Updates

    Your balance now refreshes instantly when credits are added — no need to reload the screen.

  17. Multi-Language Experience

    We’ve improved translations and text rendering for a smoother experience in multiple languages.

  18. Expenses – Enhanced File Support

    JPEG receipts and images are now fully supported for seamless expense tracking.

  20. Automated Messaging – Multi-Unit Rentals

    Booking confirmations and pre-check-in messages now send automatically for multi-unit rentals without manual steps.

  21. Rates – VRBO Sync

    Day-specific rates now sync more accurately with VRBO, ensuring consistent pricing across channels.

  22. Messages – File Sharing

    File uploads in the inbox are more reliable, making communication with guests and teams smoother.

  23. Websites – Rental Nickname

    Rental nicknames now appear correctly in the detail view, improving property management clarity.

  24. Airbnb Multi-Unit – Request to Book

    Accepting Request to Book inquiries for sub-units now works seamlessly, improving booking flow.

  25. Booking.com – Edit View Enhancements

    Address fields and Display Address options are now editable for live properties, giving you more flexibility.

  26. Guest Messages – Character Display

    • An issue where weird characters appeared in Guest Messages has been fixed.

    • Messages will now display correctly across all devices and languages.

  27. [Data Feed] Some users experienced issues where the Data Feed was not working which is fixed now.

  28. [Websites] The Add Page option was not functioning as expected.

  29. [Templates] Data Tokens in the Subject Line were not being applied correctly for manual messages which is fixed now.

  30. [Hold Events] Creating hold event records was disrupted after adding/removing attachments. ✅ This issue has now been fixed.

Improvements

  1. Record ID Display
    Added record IDs beneath all AI Action–supported modules to improve traceability and reference. This is added for Guests, Tasks, Invoices,Incidents and Expenses modules.

    2-Message Feed: Users can now view up to 1000 messages per page and delete up to 1000 messages at once, making bulk management faster and more efficient.

  2. Booking.com Mapped Rentals tab: Added refresh icon to refresh listings data without manually refreshing the page.

  3. AdvanceCM Websites – SSL Enhancement

    AdvanceCM websites now support Tokeet SSL service updates with certificate requests for www. domains, ensuring stronger security and smoother site setup.
