Fixes

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and responsiveness, we’ve addressed a number of issues reported by a few users in specific scenarios. These updates ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

  1. [Airbnb Messaging – Multi-Unit Setup]
    In a few reported cases, Airbnb messages were not displaying to guests when property managers used a multi-unit configuration. This has been fully resolved now.

  2. [Hold Events – Roll Forward]
    Roll Forward wasn’t functioning correctly when enabled for Hold Events in certain instances. The feature now performs as expected.

  3. [Smart Devices – Access Code Visibility]
    Some users noted that the access code was not appearing in the booking details in some limited scenarios. This has been fixed and now displays correctly for those users now.

  4. [Guest Email Triggers – Time-Based Automation]
    We resolved an issue where time-based triggers were not sending emails to guests in a few isolated cases.

  5. [Guest Module – Phone Number Format]
    In limited scenarios, the plus sign was removed from phone numbers during entry. This has been corrected with an improved screen refresh behavior.

  6. [Booking Formula – VRBO Integration]
    The booking formula wasn’t applying properly to VRBO bookings in few cases. This has now been addressed.

  7. [Inquiry Messages – Search Behavior]
    A few users reported that search results disappeared when pressing the spacebar in the Messages tab. This is now fixed.

  8. [Inquiries Inbox – Pre-defined Templates]
    We fixed an issue where sending pre-defined templates failed for some users under specific conditions.

  9. [Multi-Unit Feature – Sub-Unit Count]
    In a small number of cases, sub-unit listings weren’t reflected in the total rental count. This has been updated.

  10. [Rental Fees – Currency Field]
    Currency symbols and values were not saving properly in a few instances. The Rental > Fees > Name field now works as intended.

  11. [Guest Portal – SMS/WhatsApp Sharing]
    Some property managers encountered errors when sending guest portal links via SMS or WhatsApp. This issue has been resolved.

  12. [Automation Logs – Booking Events]
    Fixed an isolated bug that prevented proper log generation for booking confirmations and cancellations in automations for some limited scenarios only.

  13. [Message Settings – SMS Subscription Fix]
    We fixed an issue where, in certain cases, SMS Messaging App was being unintentionally subscribed when a user clicked the close button in the Message Settings panel. This behavior has now been corrected to ensure that certain preferences are only saved when explicitly selected.

  14. [VRBO Channel – Push All Rates & Availability Fix]
    We resolved an issue where limited number of users were unable to push rates and availability to the VRBO channel from the “Push All Rates & Availability” screen. This issue was specific to VRBO and has now been fully fixed to ensure seamless rate and availability updates across all channels.

  15. [Booking Autopilot – Email Trigger Duplication]
    In certain setups, users were receiving duplicate emails when multiple recipients were added in trigger templates. This has now been resolved.

  16. [House-Staff – UI Cleanup]
    The Paid/Unpaid status and Guest/Rental detail icons were unnecessarily visible on Calendar. These have been hidden as intended.

  17. [Invoice – Tax Calculation]
    The Nightly Rate Tax value was not updating when the number of nights changed in a few cases. This issue is now fixed.

  18. [Inquiries – CSV Import]
    Some users were unable to import inquiry data via CSV. This import issue has been corrected.

  19. [Multi-Calendar – Keyboard Navigation]
    Fixed an issue where navigating the multi-calendar using arrow keys wasn’t working for certain users.

  20. [Multi-Calendar – Booking Total Display]
    The Booking Total was incorrectly showing the base charge instead of the full amount. This has been corrected for improved accuracy.

  21. [Account Info / Rental – Currency Field Blank]
    The currency field was appearing blank in some records. This has now been fixed.

  22. [Tasks – Vendor App Status Sync]
    In specific cases, task statuses were not updating from the Vendor App. This sync issue is now resolved.

  23. [Rentals – Hold Event Deletion]
    Fixed an issue where Hold Events were not being deleted when a rental was removed. This occurred in limited scenarios.

  24. [Rates Table – UI Overlap]
    Resolved a display issue where icons and text were overlapping in the rates table, as reported by some user

  25. [Inquiries – Unfollow Option]
    The Unfollow option was not functioning correctly in certain cases. This has now been fixed.

  26. [Invoice Automation – Help Article Access]
    The Help Article link was not working for some users and is now functioning as expected.

  27. [Custom Branding – Logo & Image Upload]
    Addressed an issue where a few users were unable to upload logos and images. Uploads now work properly

  28. [Inbox Filter – Date Range Selection]
    Fixed a bug that prevented users from selecting a date range in the inbox filter under specific conditions

  29. [Expenses – Category Field Values Missing]
    Values in the Expense Category field were not appearing for some users while creating an expense. This issue is now resolved.

  30. [Inquiries – Sample CSV Format Mismatch]
    The sample CSV for inquiry import used a different date format than required (YYYY-MM-DD). It has now been corrected.

  31. [Inquiries Inbox – Filter Dropdown Closes Unexpectedly]
    In certain scenarios, the filter dropdown was closing unexpectedly when users skipped the Owner selection and proceeded to select the Status field. This issue has now been fixed.

  32. [Invoices – Sorting Issue]
    Sorting by Arrive and Depart column was not working correctly in some cases. This functionality is now restored.

  33. [Calendar – Website Booking Total]
    Bookings created via website were showing a total of zero on the multi calendar in certain cases. Totals now display accurately

  34. [Expenses – Missing Predefined Categories]
    Predefined categories were not appearing in the Create Expense view for some users. This issue has been addressed.

  35. [Invoice Automation – Booking Confirmed Event Issue]
    Fixed an issue where invoice automation did not function correctly for one user when the Booking Confirmed event was selected. In certain cases, the trigger fired but no invoice was created. This behavior has now been corrected.

  36. Rentals – App Freeze on Connections Tab]
    Fixed an issue where the app was getting stuck on the Connections tab within the Rentals detail overlay. This behavior was reported by one user and has now been resolved.

  37. [Invoices – Print/Preview Access Issue]
    Resolved an issue where the Print/Preview option was inaccessible after the invoice expiry date. This occurred in limited cases and has now been fixed.

  38. [Dashboard – Safari Text Overlap]
    Fixed a layout issue on the AdvanceCM Dashboard where text overlapped in the Safari browser. This was reported by a few users.

  39. [Invoices – Elastic Search by Guest Name]
    Addressed an issue where Elastic Search did not return results when searching invoices by guest name. This behavior was observed in specific scenarios.

  40. [AI Review Automation – Incorrect Display Name]
    In certain cases, AI-generated review responses were using the company name instead of the name set in AI Settings. This has now been corrected.

  41. [Expenses – Auto-Approval Not Triggering]
    Fixed a bug where the expense status did not automatically update to "Approved" based on the configured rules. This occurred for a few users under specific conditions.

  42. [Bookings – Create View]
    Resolved an issue where the Minimum Stay error was appearing twice. The duplicate error message has been removed for a cleaner user experience.

  43. [Rentals – Subunits Status]
    Newly created subunits are now set to Active by default, allowing them to be immediately available without requiring manual activation.

  44. [Rentals – Multi Unit Priority]
    Fixed an issue where priority was not being automatically set when linking an existing rental as a subunit in Rental Overlay. This now works as expected.

  45. Day-Specific Rates Now Applied Correctly to CM2 Channels
    We’ve resolved an issue where day-specific rates were not being correctly applied to listings on the following channels for one user. This fix ensures that your customized pricing strategies are now accurately reflected across all connected platforms.

Improvements

  1. [Currency Options – UYU Added]
    We've added Uruguayan Peso (UYU) to the currency dropdown in both the Account Info and Rentals modules, giving you more flexibility for international property management.

  2. [Multi Calendar – Inquiry Popup]
    Rental nicknames are now displayed on the Inquiry popup, making it easier to identify properties at a glance.

  3. [Rentals – Create View]
    Added space to properly display the email validation message when entering contact information, improving form usability.

  4. [Review List View / Review Insight]
    A proper loading indicator has been implemented to enhance the user experience while data is being fetched.

  5. [Role Permissions – Owner Access Updated]
    Based on role-based access control improvements, the Owner role no longer has access to the Margins module, ensuring clearer boundaries and better data security.

  6. [Templates- Removed the 'Description' Column]

    The Description column has been removed from the template creation process, as it is no longer required.

  7. [Updated Staff Role Restrictions]

    We’ve updated permissions for the Staff role to allow more control and flexibility. Staff users can now:

    1. View and manage Tasks that they created or that are assigned to them.

    2. Access and update Incidents that they created or are assigned to.

    3. Create and manage their own entries in the Inventory module.

    This ensures staff members can fully manage items relevant to their responsibilities while maintaining proper access control.

  8. [Inquiry Overlay- Booking Cost Breakdown]

    We've introduced a booking cost breakdown directly within the Inquiry Overlay.
    Users can now view detailed pricing components—such as nightly rates, fees, taxes, and totals—without navigating away, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. Previously supported only for Airbnb, this feature now also works for bookings from Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Agoda, Tiket.com, Trip.com, and Marriott channels.

  9. [Rentals - Sub Units Count added]

    Due to the multi-unit setup, sub-listings were not being included in the total rental count on the Rentals list view. This has now been elaborated in a more user-friendly manner.

  10. [Multi Calendar Filter – Double Booked Rentals]
    We're introducing a new filter in the ACM Calendar to help you quickly identify rentals with double bookings. This filter allows property managers to instantly spot overlapping reservations, making conflict resolution faster and calendar management more efficient.
