Fixes

  • [Documents]
    We fixed an issue with data dictionary fields in documents sent for guest signatures. This was reported by some users and has now been resolved.

  • [Data Feeds]
    A duplication issue in data feeds, reported by a few users, has been fixed to ensure clean and consistent data.

  • [Channel Adjustments]
    An issue where channel adjustments weren’t pushing to API channels when day-specific rates were set in TV3/ACM has been fixed in the latest release.

  • [BDC Booking Cancellations]
    A major bug where cancelled bookings from BDC were not being imported into AdvanceCM has now been resolved, reported by few users.

  • [Duplicate BDC Bookings]
    We addressed a problem where duplicate BDC bookings were being created in AdvanceCM. This is now fixed for all affected cases.

  • [Owner Permissions – iCAL Access]
    Property Owners were previously able to download iCAL for all rentals. This option is now hidden for the Owner role to ensure proper permission handling.

  • [Automations]
    Channels and Rentals data were not saving correctly in ACM Automations for some users. This issue has now been addressed and fixed.

  • [Rate Settings]
    Rental Rate Settings were incorrectly showing only dollar currency. This has been fixed to reflect the correct rental currency.

Improvements

  1. Redesigned the menu to be more intuitive and user-friendly, improving navigation, reducing clicks, and ensuring key features are easily accessible for a smoother user experience.

2. Added Guest Payout as a configurable option in the booking formula, enabling more accurate financial calculations based on different fee structures. Previously it is supported by Airbnb channel only but now added for below channels:

  • Booking.com

  • Expedia
