As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and responsiveness, we’ve addressed a number of issues reported by a few users in specific scenarios. These updates ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

  • Airbnb – Security Deposit

    • Fixed an issue where Security Deposit messages were not being delivered to Airbnb.

    • Deposits sent via the Send button now correctly reach guests on Airbnb.

    Messaging – Booking Mapping

    • Resolved an issue where guest replies were linked to the wrong booking when multiple bookings existed for the same guest.

    • Replies are now correctly associated with the respective booking.

    Document Automation for Airbnb Bookings

    • Fixed an issue where document automations for Airbnb Bookings were not working on the staging environment.

    Inquiries – Messages Visibility

    • Fixed issue where messages were not displayed by default in the Inquiries Detail Overlay for one user.

    • Messages now load correctly without requiring manual interaction.

    Extras Automation

    • Resolved an issue where automation for Extras was not triggering for one specific scenario.

    • Automations now fire correctly upon creation of Extras.

    Multi Calendar – Rate Display

    • Fixed a visual issue where rates overlapped with bookings on the checkout date.

    • Calendar now displays rates accurately without overlap.

Improvements & features

1- Improvement – HVMI Permit Number Mapping

  • Added support for Permit Number field mapping in HVMI.

  • Enables accurate synchronization of permit/license details with connected systems.

  • Improves compliance and data consistency across listings.

2- Improvement – Guest Portal (Flight Details)

  • Updated the Flight Details form in the Guest Portal to make the Timezone field optional.

  • Improves user experience by reducing mandatory inputs during flight information submission.

3- New PAPI Integration – HostKit

  • Added HostKit as a supported integration.

  • Enables users to connect and synchronize data with HostKit for enhanced functionality and workflow efficiency.

4- Improvement – Inquiry Data Feed

  • Updated the Edit URL configuration to allow selection of multiple rentals.

  • Enhances flexibility when configuring inquiry data feeds across multiple properties.

  • Reduces the need to create separate configurations for each rental.

5- Improvement – Invoice Header Customization

  • Added the ability to edit the Invoice Header.

  • Introduced a Notes field in both Invoice creation and Invoice template configuration.

  • Enhances flexibility and allows better customization of invoice content for users.

6- Improvement – Airbnb Price Breakdown

  • Added support to display Airbnb-collected tax (abb_collected) in the Price Breakdown popup for Airbnb bookings.

  • Provides better transparency by clearly separating platform-collected taxes from other charges.

  • Enhances accuracy and visibility of financial details for users.
