We’re excited to introduce our new Holded.com integration, designed specifically to help Spanish property managers streamline their invoicing workflow and prepare for VeriFactu compliance.

With the integration, you can connect your Holded.com account with AdvanceCM and sync your invoices directly to Holded.

How it works:

  • 🏠 Create and manage invoices in AdvanceCM as part of your property management workflow.

  • 🔄 Sync invoice data from AdvanceCM to Holded.com.

  • 🔄 Automatically sync invoice updates when changes are made in AdvanceCM.

  • 🖱️ Manually sync invoices whenever needed.

This integration allows AdvanceCM to work alongside Holded, giving Spanish property managers a connected workflow for managing rental invoices while using Holded for their local invoicing and VeriFactu compliance requirements.

Important: Once an invoice has been approved in Holded, further changes made to the invoice in AdvanceCM cannot be synchronized to the approved Holded invoice.
