We’ve enhanced the HVMI–Marriott integration with improved support for booking fees, arrival-based charges, and detailed tax and fee breakdowns.

🐾 Pet Fee Support

Property managers can now add a Pet Fee as a booking fee and mark it as Upfront. The fee will be synced to Marriott, allowing guests to select the Pets Allowed option when making a reservation while ensuring the applicable pet fee is included per booking.

You must add Pets Allowed into Rental Details also

💳 Due Upon Arrival

A new Due Upon Arrival option is now supported for HVMI bookings.

This allows property managers to charge applicable booking fees upon the guest’s arrival instead of including them in the Booking Total.

🧾 Enhanced Tax & Fee Breakdown

The booking breakdown has been upgraded to provide a clearer and more detailed view of taxes and fees.

The Marriott booking breakdown has been adapted to support the new Taxes & Fees API structure, ensuring that upgraded tax and fee information is accurately reflected in AdvanceCM bookings.
