Fixes

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and responsiveness, we’ve addressed a number of issues reported by a few users in specific scenarios. These updates ensure a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

1- [Guest Portal] Fixed an issue where messages were not being sent to guests via the Guest Portal for a specific user account. This was identified as a frontend-related issue and has now been resolved.

2- Resolved an issue caused by recent service upgrades where some users were unable to access the Channels screen.

3- Fixed special character display issues affecting Reviews for one user account.

4- [Global Search] Resolved an issue where guest names were appearing broken in Global Search results for few user accounts.

5- [Support Issue] Fixed a problem where notification counts were not updating immediately in a special case after viewing the Notifications tab.

6- [Rentals United] Resolved an Internal Server Error occurring when opening the Rentals United connection screen for some specific user scenarios..

Improvements & features

1- [AI Settings] Added ability to ignore cancellation related guest messages to save money.

2- [Message Automations] Added Hold Event-related triggers/events in the Message Automations module.
